Returns

BikeTite guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below to return the item.

Call (888) 870-8110 to request a Return Authorization (RA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA.

For returns, be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, if available, and write the reason for each returned item. Return freight must be paid by the customer. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; only a reshipment fee of $8.00 applies. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date in original and unused condition (unless defective).

All items must be unused and in factory packaging. Helmets must be wrapped with protective covering inside the box. For item exchanges: BikeTite must wait to ship your product until the original item has been returned.

FedEx is generally the least expensive shipping method. Do not send items back to BikeTite C.O.D. Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item.

Please return all items via ground shipping. Please note: Third party shippers (example UPS Store, FedEx Kinko’s, Mailbox Etc) add charges to normal ground shipping costs. BikeTite does not reimburse these charges.

A refund for the price paid less any original and/or return shipping fees will be issued to the payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable. COD returns can be exchanged or a refund check can be mailed to the billing address of the order.

Closeout items and discontinued items cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Warranty Claims:

We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The following statement must be written on your invoice enclosed in the return package and on the Custom’s Declaration on the outside of the package: U.S. GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE.

Return Policy on Package Deal Items

Certain items are sold as a package deal. If you return any item from a package deal for a “refund” the items that you kept from the package revert to regular pricing and you will be refunded the remainder after all items from the original package are re-priced to regular pricing rather than package deal pricing.

We suggest that you exchange the item rather than have the item refunded in order to avoid the remainder of the items that you kept re-priced.

Damaged Packages

In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call BikeTite immediately at (888) 870-8110. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. BikeTite will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.

Warranty Information

You are entitled to the manufacturer’s limited warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. BikeTite offers no additional warranty. BikeTite shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.

Errors and Omissions

BikeTite makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our Web site, however the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. BikeTite makes no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, BikeTite shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, BikeTite shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
